We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a fresh ambiance throughout. The lounge and pool area were inviting with comfortable sunbeds and an attractive pool. While the rooms weren't the largest, they had everything we needed. The front desk service was truly exceptional, accommodating our request to switch rooms due to noise and providing us with a quiet and modern room. The concierge staff was also amazing, consistently helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of almost everything and conveniently close to a metro line. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and my room was cozy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely be returning. Communication issues with the hotel car service.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Metro and in the center of the city. The roof top restaurant offers stunning views and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The walls in the hotel are quite thin, which can be a problem for light sleepers.

Amazing location near cafes, shops, and attractions like the Blue Mosque. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis after sightseeing. The room was well-stocked and the Italian ice cream by the pool was a delightful treat.

Water pressure was awful.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was close to the metro station and some tourist spots. the buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of choices to choose from. the staff was polite and accommodating to our needs, which made our stay pleasant.

The hotel's facilities were dated and in need of renovation. the air conditioning system in our room was not functioning correctly, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel truly offers a luxurious escape with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the spa centre, outdoor swimming pool, and garden area are great for leisurely relaxation. My room had exclusive room advantages such as a spacious bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city. the restaurant and bar area also provide delicious continental breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

the sauna and jacuzzi were unfortunately closed during my visit.

The staff from concierge to cleaners were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good shower! The pool area was nice. Good location to walk to main tourist sites.
