I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, as it is close to the tram, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and attentive to my needs. The room amenities were excellent, with tea and coffee facilities, as well as free toiletries. I also appreciated the am/fm alarm clock in the room.

The cleaning of the room was not up to par, with hair and dirty pillowcases found upon arrival. The personnel didn't address the issue properly, and the cleaning didn't improve during the stay.

My stay at Hampton was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The complementary muffins and drinks were a nice touch. Despite not having a concierge, the staff were always helpful. The location, near Yusufpasa tram station, was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
