The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and currency exchange. the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice on nearby restaurants and arranging taxis from the airport. the complementary daily towel changes and comfortable room were both appreciated.

The hotel had a few negative aspects, such as the uphill walk to the nearest tram station which could be challenging for those with prams or strollers. one of the rooms had a shower without a door and towels were changed daily even when not requested.

Outstanding location, low price, feel like residents of Istanbul, free WIFI, nice staff.

I loved how close it was to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the local culture and cuisine. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff provided excellent service, suggesting places to visit and offering helpful tips. I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The hotel also had reliable WiFi and comfortable seating in the rooms.

I was disappointed that there was no leisure seating or terrace area at the hotel.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and soundproof, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location near a high street and a police station added to the convenience and security. The evening staff, especially Munir, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing excellent directions and recommendations. Their fluency in English was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, Munir even arranged a taxi and bid me farewell at a very early hour. my best hotel experience yet, and I will definitely be returning soon.
