The hotel had excellent rooms with thermal water in the bathtub. The pool, thermal tub, sauna, and hammam were extremely enjoyable. The location was close to the attractions and only a 5-minute drive from the north entrance of the Cotton Castle. The personnel in this hotel were great and provided exceptional service.

I had a great solo trip staying at a hotel in the centre of Karahayit. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was reasonable. The highlight was the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, offering a variety of Turkish and Western options. I also enjoyed the use of the thermal baths, which had a temperature of 36 degrees and even a jacuzzi. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing experience at a hotel with a unique thermal pool. After a long day of sightseeing, the buffet meal in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom had everything I needed for a comfortable one night stay. I regretted not being able to use the thermal pool, but it looked incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The thermal bath and hamman were absolutely amazing and provided a much-needed relaxation for my body. The warm water in the thermal bath helped soothe my aches and pains, and it was such a rejuvenating experience. The food at the hotel was top-notch, especially the salads which had the freshest and tastiest ingredients I've ever had. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even served an afternoon tea with delicious buns, cakes, and scones-like treats. The hotel manager, Baris, and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. The level of care and attention they provided was truly exceptional. I would definitely return to this hotel as I believe it offers a level of comfort and quality service that is hard to find elsewhere.

Loved the thermal pool - So relaxing and warm, perfect after long days working. the buffet breakfast was varied - so many choices including fresh fruit, eggs, bread and pastries. the location was great, very close to all the shops and local cafes.

The room was quite small and the decor seemed outdated. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room, especially for business travellers who need to store some drinks and snacks.

The Heracles Thermal Hotel was a delightful retreat on the edge of a tranquil mountain. The thermal pool was amazing and immaculately clean. The breakfast was rich and varied, with delicious options like olives, fresh vegetables, and different cheeses. The staff were kind and kept a good distance from guests. a piece of heaven near Pamukkale thermal pools.
