The hotel had two amazing amenities that we enjoyed during our Christmas stay. the breakfast was super! We enjoyed a wide variety of dishes on offer. the staff were very accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the room was large and comfortable, and we had easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants.

There were some aspects of our stay that we didn't like. the location could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful 4-star hotel. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, even though some of them didn't speak English fluently. Despite this, they did their best to assist me during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing environment to rest in. I also appreciated the excellent room service, which allowed me to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the comfort of my own room. The hotel offered a range of facilities and services, such as car hire, laundry, and a shuttle service, making my stay even more convenient.

My recent stay at Heybeli Hotel was exceptional! The hotel itself was beautiful with lots of facilities and a very accommodating staff. Our room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely superb. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel had a beautiful location with a balcony offering a nice view. The staff, though not fluent in English, were helpful and friendly. The large and comfortable rooms were equipped with lots of facilities. Guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast with no complaints.

The restaurant had some issues, with bones on the ground and a somewhat awkward staff.
