The hotel was not crowded in May, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, were amazing and provided relaxation. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel had a pleasant ambiance and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony which was perfect for morning coffee. the spa facilities were amazing, especially the hot thermal pool which was so relaxing.

Some of the staff were not really welcoming and helpful which made it difficult to settle in. it would have been nice if the fridge in the room had been switched on and usable.
