The Double Tree Hilton in Trabzon was exceptional. The hotel's location next to the sea offered a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was top-notch. The breakfast provided a perfect start to the day and the hotel restaurant had great food at reasonable prices. a safe, clean, and welcoming stay.

The breakfast here is very nice. Great seaview, and the pool is fantastic with a full view of the sea. Clean, new, and simply amazing!

The hotel offers great room service and has a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and modern, with clean bathrooms. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food, and the restaurant has a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the sea. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities are also a nice addition.

The sea view from our room was breathtaking and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the AC not working, quickly moving us to another room. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a spectacular view of the sea from the room. It was a short walk to a public beach and the hotel is very close to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very well executed and the food was fresh and tasty.

The staff at the reception were not very helpful and lacked communication skills.

We recently stayed here and were impressed by the luxurious amenities. The Spa centre was a real highlight, with a wide range of treatments on offer, including a full body massage which was incredibly relaxing. The heated swimming pool was also a great feature, and we loved soaking up the sun on the sun terrace with its comfortable sun loungers.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the restaurant options were limited, and the special diet menus were not as extensive as we had hoped. However, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the venue.

We appreciated the breakfast buffet not being compulsory and having the option to save some time in the morning. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and we got a good night's rest. The onsite sauna and indoor pool are the hotel's best aspects, and they were certainly well-maintained and a nice surprise.

We found communication to be a weakness since the reception team could not speak about the facilities accurately, and we had to chase them up concerning the sauna being operational. Lockers could've been useful to use, but they were blocked, and we couldn't lock up our things.
