I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Yalova for a few days. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had great facilities. The staff, especially Mr. Younis at the reception desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Younis went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including fresh coffee and orange juice. The hotel also had good internet access. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely be coming back.

During our stay at Hilton Garden, we encountered a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning system. The room temperature was quite warm and uncomfortable, reaching 29 degrees Celsius. However, the hotel promptly sent technicians to address the issue, and although they explained that it was a common problem in all rooms, they were unable to provide an alternative room. Nevertheless, the overall stay was pleasant, and the staff was helpful in resolving the problem. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel also had a complimentary laundry service, which was a nice added convenience. Despite the small hiccup with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel. it was a satisfactory experience at Hilton Garden.

The price included tax, but a receptionist asked for extra money. The hotel is nice and the staff are helpful. Check-in was quick and the location is convenient. Rooms were clean and room service was efficient.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was very nice. The hotel's location was very close to the city center and easily accessible. we loved the comfortable rooms with the great amenities.

The pool and spa rules were not made clear and we were disappointed that our children were not allowed to use them on the second day of our stay. the hotel's location left a lot to be desired, as it was situated near a loud and busy central road, and taxis were very expensive.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were impressed by the luxury and exclusivity of the amenities provided. The spa and wellness center, with its full body massage, sauna, Turkish bath, and steam room. We were particularly impressed with the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which provided a perfect setting for relaxing with a cocktail in hand.

While the hotel delivered on its promises of luxury and relaxation, we had a minor issue with the bar/ lounge area, which seemed understaffed at times. Despite this, overall, our stay here was truly memorable, thanks to the special diet menus and private facilities provided in-room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the attractions and get around. There are also buses available from the center of town to other places of interest. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view. The breakfast is delicious and there is a nice outdoor garden to enjoy.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of certain areas, such as the lobby and the bedding, to ensure a completely pleasant stay.
