The service at the hotel was great, with attention to small details that made the stay very comfortable. The staff at the reception offered complimentary chocolates for the kids upon arrival. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including fruits, juices, cereals, salads, eggs. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with restaurants, cafes, and grocery shops within walking distance.

The lobby of the hotel felt a bit dark and off-kilter, and the bar seemed tucked away and not very inviting. The neighborhood was a bit difficult to navigate, with confusing streets and a need for taxi rides or rental cars.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Istanbul. the room had a stunning view and was spacious, with a bathroom that had both a shower room and bathtub. the highlight was the club on the top floor which was great and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast at the executive lounge. Despite not being able to have a late checkout, the hotel allowed us to continue using their facilities until our departure. the staff, including the doorman, were all friendly, helpful, and pleasant. the location was also convenient, with a 40-minute walk to Taksim and the metro station just 800 meters away.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. They were always ready to help, from arranging transportation to catering to our every need. The spa and wellness centre was a true highlight, with a variety of relaxing treatments to choose from. Their facilities - the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and jacuzzi to name a few - exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the professionalism of the staff, in particular, Mr Cerkan Cifci, who showed us around upon our arrival and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at a fabulous and sophisticated hotel near Bomonti Ada. the staff was kind and professional, especially Mr Mert from reception and Mr Vahdettin who ensured our room was clean and neat. the hotel had great facilities including a spacious SPA and a larger fitness center than other hotels. the rooms were comfortable and the standard WIFI speed was fast, making our stay even more enjoyable. the luxury look and signature comfort of Hilton beds added to the overall experience.

I stayed at Hilton Bomonti for 5 nights on a family vacation. The room was spacious with an amazing view from the 32nd floor. The breakfast buffet was rich and the employees were very helpful, serving food directly to our plates. The Lounge access was worth it, providing delicious meals for lunch and dinner. The location was great, close to a shopping center and easily accessible by taxi. The gym was well-equipped, although I didn't get to try the pool. we had a wonderful stay and I want to thank everyone for their hospitality.
