As a satisfied guest at Hilton Istanbul, I had a wonderful stay for my anniversary. The staff, especially Sinan and Bilal, were extremely kind and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with sweets and wine to celebrate our special occasion. Upgrading to a sea view room was the best decision, as we enjoyed the breathtaking views from our balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to Taxim Square. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and convenient late check-out option made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely visit again!

During my transit in Istanbul, I chose to stay at the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus for its convenient location, just 0.9 km from Taksim and 45 km from Istanbul. The spacious rooms with Hilton Serenity Beds and private balconies offering stunning city and Bosphorus views were truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

I experienced a slight inconvenience when the cleaning lady left the balcony door open, which was unacceptable. the room service did not meet expectations as our spaghetti bolognese order was delivered without the bolognese, and the one-hour massage did not last the full duration.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Esraa, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Esraa's hospitality and kind attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel, although a bit old, is undergoing renovations and I believe it will be even better in the future. The location is great and the valet service is fast and efficient. I had a fantastic stay thanks to the amazing staff, especially Esraa.

Executive Lounge offers great food and drinks. Youssef was a charming and helpful staff member who solved any problems. Mehmet Emin Kurt, Ozan, and Ufuk were all efficient and provided great service.

It was conveniently located near several key attractions and had stunning views of the city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the spa facilities which offered a wide range of relaxing treatments.

there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning system was faulty, only working in cold mode, which was not ideal during the relatively mild winter weather.

The food for breakfast could have been better. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations.
