I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Bursa and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the tourist sites and within walking distance of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a delicious Turkish spread. Additionally, the view from the terrace was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and a green mosque.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The location of Grand Heykel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and landmarks. Nothing that I didn't like.

Had a nice Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel with a great location, close to public transportation and shopping centers within walking distance. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi allowed us to save some money and stay connected. Really enjoyed the view from the breakfast area and watching the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel facilities were a disappointment. the bathroom was extremely small and outdated, with barely any countertop space.

Great location, close to city center and markets. Clean and cozy rooms with large bathrooms. Constant hot water and no smell of cigarettes. 24-hour reception. Manager offered a larger suite for the same price. Free guarded car park. Wonderful view from top floor breakfast area.
