We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at the hotel. The old fashioned decor added a charming touch, and the balcony offered a nice view. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped and the strong hot shower with plenty of toiletries was a bonus. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and train station. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing helpful service throughout our stay. We didn't have a chance to try the spa facilities, but they looked clean and inviting. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a visit.

We had a great stay at a hotel with an impressive vintage ambiance, delightful SPA and swimming pool facilities, and a rich breakfast menu. The staff were friendly and eager to please, delivering excellent five-star service. We had an excellent host named Ali Murat who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and outstanding service. The Spa & Wellness Centre was divine with its sauna, Turkish bath and full body massages. The Indoor Swimming Pool was a perfect place to relax, with its Spa Lounge.

The room had a minor issue where the wardrobe was smaller than expected; however, the restaurant was exceptional with in-room breakfast available.

The hotel's excellent location near Kizilay made it easy for me to explore the town and try out different restaurants and cafes. The vintage ambiance of the hotel was charming, and I really enjoyed the clean and well-maintained facilities, especially the spa and swimming pool. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious hot and cold options available. The staff, including Mr. Ali Murat, were friendly, polite, and always went above and beyond to ensure a five-star experience. Special mention to Jasmine, the customer-relations manager, for her excellent English skills and helpful assistance throughout my stay.

Great free breakfast with many options and very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect, close to the city center and easy to get to meetings. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the free Wi-Fi works well. The gym and pool were also a nice bonus.

The elevators were a bit slow and outdated. The area around the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of restaurants or activities, but that's a minor issue because the hotel's restaurant is really good.
