The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful, especially Shaima and Sabah. The location is convenient, with a short 7-minute walk to Otman Metro station and Jawaher Mall. The rooms are well-equipped and cleaned daily. The lobby has a cafe, where guests are offered a complimentary cup of coffee. it's a wonderful hotel with a good price compared to others in the same location. I would definitely book again when visiting Istanbul.

On top of that, there's a terrace with garden furniture and a snack bar, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The hotel has a 24/7 coffee house with a good selection of food and drinks, and breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The location is safe and within walking distance to various shops, cafes, and transportation options.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated not far from the city centre, close to several Metro stations and bus stops, with many shops and restaurants found close by. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, as seen in the personalized attention during guests' stays. Additionally, the breakfast menu and coffee served is enjoyable and satisfying.

Despite the good service provided by the staff, the rooms and bathrooms may be smaller than expected.

My Easter stay was absolutely fantastic! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciated the complimentary water and tea provided in the room. the key location was perfect for me - I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. Thirdly, I really enjoyed the breakfast spread - the variety of options available was impressive!

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my stay. I found it difficult to locate the receptionist's number in the room.
