Clean and modern, cozy rooms with sea view. Comfy bed, excellent staff, functional air conditioning. Close to metro and tram stations. Good breakfast with daily fresh towels. Great value for location and facilities.

I stayed at Hotel La Sera for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff, including Jafar, Diyar, Ahmed, and Bahar. They made me feel like part of their family. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the customer service was top-notch. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation. The staff quickly fixed any issues I had with the shower and toilet bidet. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities.

The hotel is situated in a safe area with friendly staff who are always willing to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds. The bathroom ventilation was burnt, but the staff offered to change our room. The breakfast, although basic, has a lot of varieties and is served by a helpful lady in the restaurant. The staff also assists with luggage and the hotel facilities are well-maintained, including working air conditioning and a long breakfast time.

The surrounding streets near the hotel can sometimes have children asking for money, which can be an inconvenience.
