No bus station in front, 7TL taxi from Otogas, small well-furnished room. Mall next door, 30min walk to mosaic museum. No breakfast issue, large mall nearby for food options. Great location, 15min walk to historical sites. Big shopping mall nearby. Clean room with amenities. Good breakfast with rice and omelette options. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel ideal for exploring traditional restaurants and old markets.

our recent stay in gaziantep was amazing. we chose ibis for its perfect location, close to everything we wanted to explore. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely choose ibis again for our next trip.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - very near to the city center in a safe area. It was just a short 15-minute walk to the castle and old town, and there were plenty of famous restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - they were always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home in the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the convenience of having single beds and the thoughtful placement of furniture.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

The personnel at Ibis were incredibly kind and accommodating. We needed an extra cover sheet for a rainy night and they provided it without any extra charge. Their service was top-notch and professional, and they even spoke fluent English. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend this hotel. a great stay!

The price of our stay was affordable, and we were able to walk to many popular spots in the city. We enjoyed a delicious spaghetti bolognese at the hotel's restaurant, and the staff there were very friendly.

We had a terrible experience regarding room service. Despite informing the staff multiple times, we didn't receive clean towels or any soap and shampoo in our bathroom the next day.
