Despite the lackluster restaurant and cafe, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free airport shuttle. Additionally, guests can enjoy a view of planes passing by as they relax in their rooms.

The restaurant and cafe had no life and the service was lacking, leaving guests feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.

During our stay at Ibis Istanbul West, we had an exceptional experience. The night duty manager was incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist us in the early hours of the morning. Their flexibility and attentiveness truly comforted us and made our stay memorable. We have used Ibis hotels in various countries and continue to have high regard for their excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent - I got so much for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, amenities, and affordability.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The night duty manager was especially accommodating, attending to our needs immediately and even checking in on us the next day. The level of care and service we received was exceptional.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was great - it was only a short 15-minute drive from the airport, which made it convenient for my transit. The reasonable price of the hotel was also a bonus.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.
