I had a great stay at the Intercontinental in Istanbul. The location was perfect for attending the Besiktas game and exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The spa and gym facilities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Friendly Staff. The hotel is in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Special mention to Ahmet, who served us breakfast and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. He even prepared traditional drinks and brought us delicious local treats. Moreover, the price was very reasonable compared to other 5-star hotels in the area.

Check-in Process and Limited Breakfast Selection. The check-in process was a bit disappointing, as we were asked for an additional deposit upon arrival, even though we had already paid in advance.

The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore Taksim Square and Istiklal, both just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the exceptional concierge. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the Bosphorus, and my room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep every night. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were excellent, and the hotel even offered traditional food choices. a superb stay.

The hotels' numerous restaurants offer a vast range of cuisine, with the club lounge delicious and well-attended. The views of the Bosphorus from some rooms are spectacular. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom with access to a gym.

The breakfast was great, with kind and cheerful staff. English was understood inside the hotel, which was helpful for guidance and advice. The location was one of the best, easily accessible to popular destinations. professional staff, cleanliness, comfort, and a variety of food made for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the stunning skyline. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and fitness room, which was perfect for relaxing and staying active during our stay.

The reception staff was not very good. When I asked him some questions, he responded with a bad attitude, which is definitely not what I expected from a 5-star hotel.

The value for money at Intercontinental was exceptional, particularly considering the prime location and spacious room. The bath shower was a luxurious touch. The staff treated us well and the hotel's proximity to Taksim Square and Nishantashi made exploring Istanbul a breeze.

When it came to the food for breakfast, the price seemed too steep compared to what nearby cafes offered for a traditional Turkish breakfast.
