Exceptional customer service! the staffs are as helpful as a GPS on a lost road trip. My friend got a free suite upgrade – she felt like she won the hotel lottery! Kudos to the accommodating staff for making our stay feel as special as a red carpet event.

Comfortable transfer service to and from the airport with prompt assistance in changing noisy rooms. the breakfast may be limited but freshly made-to-order omelette is a nice touch. Convenient for early flights. the room was clean and a/c worked well. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My stay was for leisure, enjoying the modern-style accommodations beyond the city center. the fantastic location allowed for free parking and spacious surroundings. the diverse breakfast mix of local and international flavors was a delightful surprise. the attentive and helpful staff, like Mr Davut and the receptionist with a Japanese tattoo, added a personal touch to my stay.

i had a great stay at Trademark in a new, clean hotel. the staff was exceptional, especially the reception gentleman with a japanese tattoo. the breakfast had a nice mix of local and international flavors, and the shower was fantastic. the hotel's strategic location near the airport made it convenient to explore.
