The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk away from the beautiful public beach with no entrance fee. It is also conveniently close to Aktur park and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of Turkish food, including homemade olives and fresh fruits from the owner's garden.

The hotel only accepts cash payments and does not have the option for card payments.

During our recent stay at Kafkas Hotel, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and staff. They made us feel like family, with their open hearts and friendly demeanor. The hotel itself was excellent, providing a comfortable and clean environment for our stay. The location was quiet and convenient, and we enjoyed the nearby public beach and easy access to restaurants and a supermarket. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with homemade olives and other tasty options. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, helpful receptionist arranged taxis and assisted with everything needed. Good buffet breakfast with homemade olives and apples. Close to public beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Homey atmosphere and attentive service.

My Easter trip was a nice experience in Turkey. The hotel offered a good breakfast with various food options to choose from. The pool was clean and I enjoyed taking a swim and sunbathing. the hotel had a key location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I liked the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of shops and cafes, making it easy to find something to eat or drink when exploring.

On the negative side, some maintenance issues need attention. I noticed some broken door handles, and the shower could use some improvement.
