The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and walk-in showers. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, always quick to answer any needs. The breakfast is tasty, varied, and plentiful, with many options to choose from. The hotel also offers convenient facilities such as free parking and fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

It would have been even better if the rooms had balconies and a view of the sea.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with a comfortable bed and good room facilities including a heat system. The bathroom had everything we needed and we appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and snacks. The hotel's location was convenient for walking to attractions and there was a tram station nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with arranging our taxi to the airport.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a well-kept gem in a prime location. the hotel's clean and spacious rooms are perfect for families, providing complimentary water and other refreshments every day. the staff here were amazing, accommodating our every need, and always with a smile. the hotel's modern amenities and its proximity to major attractions proved to be one of its best aspects, not to mention the delicious breakfast served every morning.

Although the hotel is well situated as mentioned, the walk to the main attractions can be a bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues, given the steep hills to navigate. Another minor issue we encountered was the bed linens used, which felt somewhat rough and itchy, detracting from the overall experience.
