amazing stay! beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and great location with stunning views of hot air balloons. exceeded my expectations!

Our stay in the heart of this beautiful area was made even better by the convenient location of our hotel. We were just steps away from some of the top restaurants in town and the bustling city center. The location was also opposite the reception area, making it easy to navigate. The room was welcoming and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service we received from the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast left us feeling full and energized. The facilities of the hotel were impressive, from the cozy restaurant to the breathtaking views.

The wifi connection was not stable in certain areas of the hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were amazing! We stayed in one of the fairy chimney rooms and it was a unique and magical experience. the hotel was also very clean and had a lovely terrace with a pool, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Additionally, the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

The room we stayed in was a bit smaller than expected, and the breakfast could have had better coffee options. We were also disappointed to find out that pets were not allowed in the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast provided was delicious and authentic.

The staff at Kelebek Special Cave Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided an overview of the hotel and gave us tips on points of interest in the area. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the little terraces. The hotel also organized a convenient airport pick-up service for us. Location-wise, it was uphill from the town center, but the views of the valleys and the balloon-filled skyline were breathtaking. The restaurant offered a fantastic selection of fresh, local food at great prices. We also loved the pool for some relaxation after our tours. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from and there was always free coffee and tea available throughout the day.

Fantastic stay with amazing service and helpful staff. the hotel provided a tour of the property and helped us book tours and spa services. the rooms were clean and cozy, with a fireplace which added a nice touch. the hotel had a beautiful view of the city and the swimming pool offered a great spot to relax. the breakfast was delicious and the complimentary organic breakfast in the nearby village was a unique experience.

There were a few areas of the hotel that could have been tidied up better, such as hiding away scrap wood and pallets. It would have been great to have a heated pool during the winter months.

Unique accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. Great food and breakfast with a lot of variety. Amazing views of the sunrise and hot air balloons. Pool area is a nice spot for relaxation. Good location, although a bit uphill.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast spread was unbelievable with so many options. Our suite was lovely, and we enjoyed the heated bathroom floors on cooler days. the hotel's location was perfect, close to great restaurants and the central part of town. the views were breathtaking, especially from the terrace where we could watch the hot air balloons in the morning.

We got great value for our money, the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Cappadocia, and the staff treated us very well.

We stayed at a beautiful property in Goreme and had an amazing experience. the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, arranging transport and activities for us. the Turkish breakfast was a highlight of our stay, and we loved the comfortable and clean bed in our spacious room. Highly recommended for couples!

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of fresh options. The organic breakfast was a must-try and complimentary. The hotel restaurant served incredible food, especially the pottery kebab. The rooms were cozy and spacious, and the hotel offered breathtaking views. We went on a hot air balloon ride through the hotel and it was an indescribable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience staying at a unique cave hotel. the staff at the front desk, especially the guy with a name starting with F, was absolutely fantastic and funny. the hotel offered great amenities, including a delicious breakfast with a stunning view. the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and the cleaners did a thorough job. the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view, especially of the sunrise and hot air balloons. the fairy chimneys and caves on the property were also beautiful, especially at night. I loved every single thing about this place!
