We had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was great, right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

This centrally-located hotel is a great base for exploring the city. It is conveniently near the city center and the local market, so you can easily find everything you need. The hotel is also just a short walk from the town square, making it a perfect spot for leisurely strolls. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with cozy beds and clean bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bed sheets and duvet didn't cover the whole bed, which was a bit odd.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, but the hotel quickly assigned us a new room and even offered a bowl of fresh fruit as an apology. The English-speaking staff member went above and beyond to help us arrange a bus trip for the rest of our journey. The room itself was spacious, although a bit noisy facing the street. our stay at Keles was satisfactory.

We enjoyed our city trip staying at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight and made our mornings even better. The woman serving was very kind and made sure that we were always satisfied with our meals. The location was also perfect for us, as it was close to the city center and provided an opportunity for us to walk by the sea. we were happy to have a spacious and clean room with a beautiful view.

There were a few things that could have been improved. We had trouble with the hairdryer in the bathroom and unfortunately, the reception was not able to provide us with a replacement.

The Keles hotel in Rize was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great location, and cleanliness. The AC system was satisfactory and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Rize, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and a mosque. Parking was also available.
