The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional with my room being cleaned twice a day. The facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool for kids, were fantastic. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff, particularly Moursel and Ahmet, went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

I stayed at Kempinski for a leisure trip, and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, with mountains and crystal-clear waters. The beach and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff, especially Moursel and Ahmet, provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast and dinner at the Blue Bar were delicious, and the views from the Barbaros restaurant were amazing. The Kempinski app was also a great tool for communication. an excellent experience!

I recently stayed at Kempinski in Yaliciftlik for a week-long vacation with my family. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The modern design, excellent Wi-Fi, and cozy chill-out room near the pool were highlights. The staff's fluent English, the quietness of the hotel, and the breathtaking view added to our pleasant experience. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the four restaurants, with the Italian and buffet being our favorites. The diverse and lavish breakfast spread was unlike anything I've experienced before. The impeccable service and amazing spa, especially Deniz's Chakra Healing and Watsu, made our stay truly unforgettable.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had stunning views and a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sinem who provided excellent service during check-in and out. The beachfront was wonderful and the nearby restaurant had amazing views and tasty food.

The main concierge was not attentive to details and had a chip on his shoulder. We wanted to charter a boat and he provided options at very high prices without much effort to find alternatives.

The hotel location was stunning, surrounded by mountains and with a beautiful crystal sea. the staff was well trained and very polite, providing excellent service. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants available, with a high-quality breakfast and incredible Italian food at one of the restaurants. the spacious hotel area also offered a buggy service, which was convenient.

The hotel could benefit from renovation as it seemed a bit outdated. the bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard, making for a less pleasant sleeping experience.

Fabulous Breakfast Spread! The continental breakfast had delightful salads, fresh orange juice, and a wonderful mix of sweet and savory options with a local Turkish touch. It exceeded all of our expectations and was the perfect way to start our day.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff always available and friendly. the Asian restaurant on-site was fantastic, both in terms of quality and the breathtaking view. the pool was a highlight, with its perfect temperature and the feeling of having a private resort during the quieter season.

The chefs could have been more attentive, as it was sometimes difficult to find someone to make personal requests. this did not detract from the wonderful experience, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The view from the hotel room was breathtaking. the facilities at the hotel were top-notch - the pool was big and well-kept, and the gym was perfect for those wanting to stay active during their stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home away from home.

The road leading up to the hotel was in terrible condition, which made driving there unbearable. It was bumpy and uncomfortable, and not something we expected from a hotel in the area.
