The room was cozy and the lobby/courtyard area was beautifully decorated. the staff, especially Alp, were extremely friendly and helpful. Alp answered all of my questions, helped organize a great outing, and greeted me warmly every day. the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is conveniently located near Hadrian's Gate.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiana. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even providing us with an iPhone charger when we couldn't find an adapter. The rooms were modern and clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
