Poor housekeeping cleaning. Rude staff member at reception.

This resort had amazing food options with a lot of variety! The pool and beach areas were clean with great staff members that went above and beyond to help. The location was perfect with plenty of shops and entertainment nearby. We also enjoyed the nightly shows they hosted at the resort.

Although the staff were friendly, some struggled with English which made communication a bit more difficult. The housekeeping also struggled with taking away our extra plates and glasses.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and incredible service. The modern and spacious rooms were equipped with a variety of exclusive facilities, including a TV with smartphone mirroring feature and strong AC. The well-maintained outdoor swimming pools with amazing water slides were perfect for our family to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and the WIFI was available everywhere throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the dishes in the restaurant were sometimes not cleaned enough or still wet. However, this did not detract from the great variety of amazing food that was available.

The housekeeping cleaning could be improved, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Despite this, the overall experience at the resort seems to be positive, with the staff and great amenities compensating for any minor issues.
