Best scrambled eggs ever & fruit salad for breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Close to the metro. Pool area. Very nice staff - helped me with my pick up shuttle and even called. Great location, middle of Laleli, perfect view from top terrace at sunset. Clean rooms, good breakfast, welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mr. Etem and the other receptionist who allowed us to check in early.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a perfect stay at Laleli Gonen. the staff was incredibly helpful and suggested great places for us to visit in the city. the hotel's location was excellent, just a 1-minute walk to both the metro and tram stations. This made it easy for us to explore the old city and also travel to Taksim. the wi-fi connection was fast and stable, which was a bonus. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was plentiful and satisfying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a reunion trip with my friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have to give a special shoutout to Mr. Etem, who really went out of his way to assist us. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the shower was clean and seemed brand new. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool and the roof terrace with its stunning view. We spent hours relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was fantastic.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was top-notch.

This hotel is a real gem in terms of both value for money and location. It is perfect for exploring all the important monuments as everything is within walking distance. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr. Etem at the reception desk who provided us with useful advice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the breakfast served is traditional Turkish and plentiful.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Laleli. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The hotel was clean and the breakfast offered was satisfactory. The staff, especially Mr Etem, were welcoming and friendly. They provided us with great recommendations for exploring Istanbul. Despite the small size of the triple room, we found it comfortable enough for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a prime area, with historical monuments, such as the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, just a short walk away. The Laleli tram station is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, and some even offer a modern and nice bathroom. The service is friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options.

Noise can be an issue due to the proximity of the mosque.

Had a great Christmas break at a mid-range hotel. the hotel was conveniently situated close to some key tourist attractions and restaurants which was just what we needed. the room was cleaned daily, which was nice, and complementary tea and coffee was a lovely touch. the staff were friendly, accommodating and happy to offer advice on where to visit, shop and dine.

the breakfast was a bit underwhelming- the quality of food was poor and there wasn't much variety.

The location of Laleli Gonen was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to all the main attractions and the Grand Bazaar within minutes. The hotel room was clean and the staff, especially Mr. Etem, were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city. Although the breakfast could have had more variety, it was still a good start to the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.
