The rooms are new and clean, and the spa staff are kind. The reception allowed me to keep the room for an extra 2 hours and use the spa after check-out.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Diamond on the Hill. The hotel had a modern and clean decor, and the magnificent views of the city from the restaurant and terrace were truly breathtaking. The location was perfect, with the shopping district just a 5-minute walk away. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having a pillow menu to enhance our sleep. The massages and Turkish bath were superb and added to the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even when it came to scheduling the next leg of our trip. We can't wait to return to Diamond on the Hill!

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of cuisines. There were many different options to choose from, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience at the hotel. the facilities in the room were quite old and worn out.

I had an amazing stay at Latanya Hotel. The value for money was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center of Ankara and plenty of bars, clubs, and shopping areas around. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Rana in the restaurant and Barish in the evening, who always had a smile on his face and brought positive energy to my stay.

I would have liked to see more breakfast choices that cater to different preferences.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, perfect for a family with kids. The hotel provided excellent service and had a luxurious spa with free access for guests. The spacious and well-functioning rooms had high-tech security and temperature control. The hotel also offered many additional perks such as free afternoon tea, water bottles, and evening snacks.

The hotel staff made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

During my Christmas trip to this hotel, I appreciated the fact that they provided complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby throughout the day. the hotel was located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, which was really convenient. I also liked the beautiful view from the terrace area, which was perfect for taking holiday pictures with loved ones.

My stay at this hotel was not without its downsides. the rooms were quite noisy and I could hear outside traffic throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep.
