Hotel Le Mirage exceeded expectations. Great location near metro and bus stations. Friendly and supportive staff, especially Kazim Durmaz. Amazing breakfast and professional restaurant staff, including Mehmet. Suitable for families with kids. Would definitely return.

Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail

During my recent stay at Hotel Le Mirage, I encountered a minor inconvenience that left a lasting impression. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that there was a temporary issue with the elevators and they were working diligently to rectify the situation. Although this initially caused some concern, the attentive staff promptly offered to assist me with my luggage and escorted me to my room on one of the lower floors.
