The customer service at Olimpic Hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit and organizing tours. The hotel's location was perfect, close to popular attractions like the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the occasional issue with room cleanliness and outdated mattresses, I still highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Olimpic Hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great location. The hotel is nestled in a side street, which made it feel cozy and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still just a few minutes away from the tram station. Speaking of location, being in the downtown area and within walking distance to the main attractions was a huge advantage. I loved that our room had a beautiful view of the tips of the minarets of Sultan Ahmet, it was truly enchanting. The staff was also top-notch, always there to assist us and make sure our needs were met. And lastly, the breakfast was simply amazing, especially when enjoyed with the classic Istanbul view.

All in all, everything was perfect.

The owner is super kind and helpful, the breakfast is mind-blowingly delicious. The location is jaw-droppingly perfect, close to main attractions and with a stunning view from the terrace. The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The rooftop view is outstanding and the hotel offers airport transfer. All in all, it was a super satisfying stay!

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights. Public transport was well organized and easily accessible. The hotel staff, especially Erhan, were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the balcony had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus.

Recently had the best Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in a historical area. Very convenient location, few steps away from all the touristy attractions. the room was spotlessly clean with a beautifully decorated interior. the customer service team were impressive, especially Sezgin, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room fee, was well presented and had plenty of options to choose from.

That we had difficulty finding a travel iron, which was a bit disappointing, but the hotel was able to provide one after we asked for it twice. Overall an excellent stay and value for money.

Stayed at Olimpic for a family trip, perfect location near the main square and within walking distance of attractions. The restaurant nearby was phenomenal. Hospitality from the staff, especially Aisha the manager, was amazing. Breakfast choices were good and the views from the top level were nice. Definitely recommended.
