I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with prices that were very affordable. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a useful fridge for storing snacks and beverages. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location in a safe residential area in the City Center was very accessible, just a short 10-minute walk from Eminonu station and around 100 meters from the main street. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also delicious and varied, with different dishes served each day.

Good facilities, Excellent location, Friendly staff. During my business trip, I enjoyed the facilities on offer which were in good working condition and comfortable for use. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to important landmarks and transport. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating during my stay.

Poor hygiene, Noisy environment. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the level of hygiene in the hotel.

I had problems with steps due to my bad knees, but the owner of the hotel was incredibly accommodating and moved me to a room on the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd. Despite there being no elevator, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was not an issue as the bus and taxi were nearby, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend Lotus Hotel for its excellent service and helpful staff. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and thoughtful staff.
