Great Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel has a great location close to main sites and transport links, making it convenient for exploring Istanbul. the staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent advice and making our stay special. improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and bathroom facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast served at Malakat. the variety of dishes and flavors definitely made our mornings brighter. We also appreciated the convenient location near tram and bus stops. the room was spacious and safe, perfect for a group of three. the view from the terrace was lovely, and despite some noise from a nearby factory during the daytime, we enjoyed our stay. the room was cleaned regularly, and even though there were some cleanliness issues, changing the bed sheets upon request helped. the balcony room may not be luxurious, but it’s worth it for the experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

I always return for business. Staff kindly helped with printing documents first visit. Perfect with luggage storage, 24, hour security, flat, screen TV, express/ VIP check. No smoking allowed. Everything I need, never disappointed.
