The Mandarin Oriental made our stay in Istanbul unforgettable. The hotel's location by the Bosphorus is stunning, providing us with breathtaking views from both the restaurants and our room. The staff, especially Ece and Hakan from reception and Gulbahar from the restaurant, were incredibly sweet and helpful. The breakfast, room, gym, spa, and overall service were all superb. We also enjoyed sunbathing and visiting the bars and restaurants within the hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and spa facilities. the hotel's location by the Bosphorus is amazing and made for stunning views. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The area can be congested due to a high number of nightclubs, which made traffic and taxi wait times long. While the hotel offered transportation services, they seemed expensive.

The luxurious amenities here are top-notch. the service is impeccable, making us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre provides an unparalleled experience, with sauna, steam room, and treatment room. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a garden area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. the restaurant offers delectable dishes and in-room breakfast is a dream. the bar/lounge area serves delicious cocktails and snacks, and the personnel is attentive. Private facilities like hot spring bath and Jacuzzi make you feel exclusive.

Although the location offers a tranquil escape from the city hustle, it's a bit removed from the city centre and getting a taxi can be a bit of a hassle. transportation services provided by the hotel come with a premium price tag.
