Excellent location, clean and modern rooms, well-equipped, good WiFi connection, friendly staff, great breakfast choice.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This place is in a perfect location, on a steep slope in Galata square, close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Salih Baykel, who gave me guides and maps and suggestions for restaurants and markets nearby. The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast was rich with a good variety. The fast Wi-Fi was a plus too.

I had a lovely stay at the boutique hotel in Galata. the staff were exceptional, offering us drinks on arrival and providing us with helpful guidance on where to go in the city. They even upgraded us and held our luggage for us. the hotel itself was new and very clean, with a pleasant smell throughout. the location was perfect, within walking distance to Galata Tower, numerous restaurants, and attractions such as the Mosques and Topkapi Palace. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prime location of the hotel, just minutes away from Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. It made exploring Istanbul's attractions incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at the reception provided valuable information and recommendations, ensuring I made the most of my visit.

I had a comfortable stay and the cleanliness of the hotel met my expectations. Although the room size was smaller than anticipated, it did not hinder my comfort during the trip.

Great location near tunnel, Sultanahmet, and Galata Tower. Close to ferry and restaurants. Clean room, rich breakfast, and kind staff. Walking distance to attractions.

What an amazing experience! we were surprised by an early check-in, which was so convenient. the location was top-notch, within walking distance to all the hotspots and easily accessible by public transport. the hotel staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, making us feel very much at home. An added bonus, the breakfast spread was sumptuous with a great variety of delicious food to choose from. Lastly, we were delighted to receive two complimentary services which made our stay even more memorable!

Due to a reservation mistake, which was not our fault, we were transferred to another hotel twice. This caused a bit of stress for us, but the issue was resolved quickly, and we were transferred back to our original room with an added plus of a free taxi ride to the airport.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a spacious feel to it. I particularly enjoyed the private access to the large terrace, where I could relax and soak in the surroundings. The location was incredibly quiet at night, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a lovely start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with new equipment in the rooms and nice decorations. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the tram station that takes you over the Bosphorus into the heart of the old city. We were also able to easily walk to the historical center. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that our needs were met.
