I was impressed by the beautiful location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by stunning views. The extended private beach was a highlight, with plenty of lounge areas under the palms to relax and take in the scenery. The hotel also had several piers, perfect for jumping into the crystal-clear water. The water sports offered were excellent, especially paragliding which was an adrenaline rush. The entertainment at the hotel was top-notch, with something exciting happening every day and night. The dance artists were incredibly talented and captivating. The staff at the hotel truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. From the friendly bellboys to the attentive receptionists and the entire bar and restaurant staff, everyone made me feel like a valued guest. The management of the hotel should be commended for their excellent leadership. I also appreciated the professional and talented hotel photographers, Eva and Shah, who captured some truly memorable moments. despite a few drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its enjoyable location, amazing staff, and fantastic entertainment.

While there were many positives about my stay at the hotel, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and only worked outside, which made it challenging for me to work when I needed to.

Great location with several activities to do. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to make guests feel comfortable. the private beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a stunning view.

The food and drink options weren't up to par, and the gym was lacking in equipment. Some of the staff seemed uninterested in their work, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier.

The resort had a lot to offer for families and couples, with organized entertainment and friendly staff. The buffet meals were amazing and the ocean view was breathtaking. The price was fair for what we got, with good rooms and multiple pools to choose from. a great experience.

The service here is top-notch. the staff always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure all our luxurious needs were fulfilled. the Spa & Wellness Centre here was exquisite, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, and massage treatments. the Outdoor Swimming Pool was stunning with beach access just a short walk away. At night, the live entertainment was engaging and thrilling. We especially loved the Karaoke and the night club. the bar had a vast selection of drinks with a Snack Bar that served delicious dinner and Special Diet Menu. the venue was beautiful, with a stunning sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area.

The only minor issue was the limited entertainment for children, and we also noticed that the public baths need a deeper clean.

I recently stayed at a beach resort in Turkey and had an amazing experience. The staff at Fortezza Beach Resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that guests were taken care of. The location of the resort is stunning, with beautiful beaches and views of the mountains. The facilities, including the spa and water sports, were top-notch. The food served at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. I couldn't fault my stay at Fortezza Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to others.
