The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions, shopping, and food. The hotel itself is peaceful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff are courteous and always available to assist. We loved the convenient proximity to the train station and metro. The hotel staff made our stay truly special, and the terrace view was amazing. The rooms were modern, comfy, and had everything we needed. Great value for money, and we can't wait to come back! The surrounding area is quiet, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The views of the Bosphorus and the city from the balcony and roof are absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had an amazing stay at a supportive and warm hotel that made us feel safe and welcomed as solo Asian travelers. the staff, including the receptionist and breakfast assistant, were incredibly nice and kind. From the moment we checked in, we knew the hospitality at this hotel was different from any other we had experienced in Turkey. They provided immediate support and helped us with our tour arrangements and even with our PCR test format problems for re-entering Japan. the hotel is located in a great area with local restaurants, massages, and grocery shops within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, especially Asian females, who may have fears and concerns when traveling alone to another country. It truly felt like we weren't alone in Istanbul thanks to the supportive staff, particularly Mr "Gokalp Sahin" who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Comfortable bed and breathtaking panorama of the Bosphorus. Exceptional staff that goes above and beyond, arranging airport transfers, accommodating breakfast at 3am, and providing helpful suggestions and instructions.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and had a slight damp smell, but opening the windows helped to alleviate this issue. the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the food that was available was fresh and delicious.

Exceptional staff who went above and beyond to be helpful, ensuring every aspect of our stay went smoothly. Fabulous location, close to all the main sights in the old historic part of the city. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed.

Rooms were a little small, but adequate for a short stay. Over-complicated aircon controls in the bedroom made it difficult to adjust settings.
