I had a wonderful stay at this place and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is conveniently located near the university where I gave lectures, and it was close to the bridge which made transportation to other areas a breeze. The staff was exceptionally courteous and assisted me with everything I needed, including car hire and laundry service. The room amenities were excellent, and I appreciated the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and electric kettle. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with an in-room breakfast and special diet menus.

Despite the staff's overall helpfulness, some receptionists had poor service and were rude. They even had trouble finding our reservation, but the issue was resolved quickly.

We also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the rooms and the gym access.
