We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and always available at the desk. They were also pet-friendly, which was a plus. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of choices for great restaurants nearby.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location was perfect as it was just down the road from the central tram station, making it central to most visited tourist sites. I loved the fact that it was so close to all tourist places and public transport. The service provided by the staff was incredible. The staff were always accommodating and welcomed me all throughout my stay. I also appreciated the room amenities like the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and soundproofed rooms, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel facilities like the restaurants, snack bar and fitness studio were a bonus!

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and better coffee options. We also missed having an iron in our room.
