The hotel was decent and it had a great location near the metro and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. We really enjoyed the Turkish breakfast, it was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The hotel lacked a shuttle service which was a bit disappointing. We also had trouble communicating with the staff as they didn't speak much English.

The day receptionist at Merdan Hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had friends with mobility challenges staying at a different hotel, and when I mentioned the difficulty they were having with the hills, the receptionist immediately found them a suitable room on the first floor. I was grateful for their assistance in making our stay comfortable.
