the hotel was a great value, with a stunning view of Galata Tower and the surrounding area. The location was convenient for exploring Galata and Sultanahmet. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with everything from calling cabs to providing recommendations for activities in the area. It exceeded my expectations and I have found my new favorite place to stay in Istanbul.

Breakfast was a bit inconsistent.

The staff, especially Ali, Enes, and Erkan, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with finding the metro, even helping us with getting a metro card. When the hotel was full, Erkan even went out of his way to find us another place to stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the tourist area and accessible to the metro. The restaurant had an incredible view of the Galata Tower.

The staff at Meroddi Barnathan was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The terrace had an amazing view, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel's historical theme added a unique touch and enhanced our experience. The location in the heart of Galata was perfect, with major attractions and cafes within walking distance. The nearby metro stop made it convenient to explore the rest of the city.

Even though we had a few minor issues with our room, such as the lack of a soap and shampoo holder in the shower, the overall cleanliness of the hotel impressed us. The room was well-maintained and had a beautiful view of Galata Tower.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul that was in the perfect location, close to Kadiköy harbour and all the attractions. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a delicious variety of options and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. It truly felt like the center of everything.

I did experience some noise from the streets during the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Great views, friendly staff, excellent location. The hotel really knows how to make you feel special with its charming old building and attention to detail. And don't forget the self-service buffet with its superb selection of basic food!

Plus, the narrow streets made it a fun challenge for the taxi driver to find the hotel!

The only downside to my stay was that there was some noise from the rooftop restaurant that could be heard in the main stairway where the rooms were located. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience.
