I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel near Galata tower. the design of the rooms was beautiful, with light colors and a stylish atmosphere. the bathroom, covered in marble, was equally stylish, and the spacious shower cabin was comfortable to use. I appreciated the tea set in the room, allowing me to enjoy a cup of tea whenever I wanted. the bathroom also had a great selection of toiletries for my shower routine. the cleaning staff did an excellent job of tidying up my room every day. the highlight for me was the terrace, where I enjoyed breakfast with an incredible view of SultanAhmet and Galata Tower. the breakfast itself was delicious, with fresh and varied food, and the kitchen was clean. the staff were polite and resolved any issues promptly. Lastly, I was touched by the hotel's attention to detail, as they contacted us before check-in to ensure our stay was comfortable, and even surprised me with a delicious cake for my birthday. I am grateful for the hotel's outstanding service.

The location is great, close to Galata Tower, Istiklal Caddesi, Karakoy, Galata Bridge, and the tram. The hotel staff are very polite and kind. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast room on the top floor has a nice view of the Golden Horn, Suleymaniye Mosque, and the surroundings. The breakfast, although repetitive, offers plenty of options like tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, olives.

Our room was cleaned every day and the staff was very accommodating. the breakfast room had a beautiful view and offered a variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the port and the main street. the newly built hotel felt like a 5-star establishment, with comfortable beds, high-end finishes, and classy appeal. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance. In-room facilities and amenities were plentiful, including complimentary water bottles, toiletries, and a coffee and tea selection. Meroddi made our first visit to Istanbul a great experience.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that the room was extremely clean, and the housekeeping service was impeccable.

Although I encountered some challenges, such as payment issues and a lack of towels upon check-in, the hotel staff handled these situations efficiently, allowing me to enjoy my stay. The only other minor inconveniences were the thin walls, which allowed for noise from neighboring rooms, and a faint smell of sewage in the shower cabin.
