We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Batman. The room exceeded our expectations, with a lovely ambiance and excellent air conditioning. The helpful staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and even provided assistance with local transportation. The complimentary breakfast showcased a delightful array of Turkish cuisine. Although the pool area was slightly dated, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Batman, Turkey. we were very impressed and would gladly return in the future.

The surprise was pleasant. English-speaking desk manager helpful. Room better than expected. Pool and sauna accessible. Beautiful Turkish breakfast. They assisted with dolmus. Very happy.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. the location was convenient for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.
