We had a minor issue with the door to our balcony being slightly broken. However, the staff at Misal Hotel Trabzon swiftly switched us to another room as an upgrade. Their prompt response and willingness to fix the problem impressed us. The service overall was great, with staff greeting us at the door and taking care of our luggage and car. The rooms were clean and the view of the sea and airplanes taking off was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Trabzon.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient, being very close to the airport. The staff were attentive and responded quickly to any issues we had, such as when the door to our balcony broke. They promptly switched us to another room as an upgrade. The service was excellent, with the staff taking care of our luggage and parking our car in the underground parking. The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable, and the sea-facing rooms had fantastic views from the spacious balconies. Despite being near the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, thanks to the good soundproofing. we highly recommend this place!

The sea view from the room was breathtaking and the staff was helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was quite far from the city center and the heater in our room wasn't working properly which made for a cold night's sleep. the hotel's WiFi was also unworkable.
