We had an amazing city trip and our hotel was one of the highlights. the location was perfect, with narrow winding streets and beautiful architecture around. the staff was also very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us with anything we needed. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of Turkish specialties and fresh produce. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the room service, which was very efficient and timely.

One of the few negative aspects of our stay was that the walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise in the mornings. we would have appreciated having more English-speaking TV channels.
