Great location near main tourist attractions and Grand Bazaar. Spacious rooms with French balcony. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Complimentary tea and coffee.

Loved the shared lounge and terrace, perfect for sipping my tea. the buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. the paid airport shuttle saved me from the chaos of public transport.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the room was always clean and tidy thanks to the attentive housekeeping. I loved the complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 - a nice touch! the breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, giving me the energy I needed to explore the nearby attractions in Sultanahmet at ease.

One thing that could be improved is the advertised swimming pool, which is actually located at another hotel and comes with an additional charge. It would be better if this information was clarified upfront to avoid any misunderstandings with guests.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment spot nearby, had a blast at the brother's glow-in-the-dark party and slayed the escape room challenge. the staff hooked us up with insider tips for our nocturnal adventures, making our nights in Istanbul epic!

It would be even cooler if they organized some impromptu pool parties for us teens looking to unwind after a day of exploring.
