During my stay at Movenpick Living Istanbul West, I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed provided a great night's sleep and the overall layout of the apartment was perfect for my needs. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals at my convenience. I also enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring.

We went for a Christmas trip and we were happy to have received complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival. the hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to the nearby mall which was great for some last-minute shopping. the location was convenient as it was close to several outlet malls and public transportation. Plus, the spacious rooms with full kitchens allowed us to have a cozy Christmas dinner.

The hotel staff could also improve on being more helpful and friendly. the view from some of the rooms overlooked a factory which wasn't the best.

We had an unforgettable luxurious stay at this venue. the staff were extremely attentive and fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were spectacular. the massage services were also exceptional. Our spacious room was equipped with high-end amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. the restaurant offered a diverse range of dishes, including special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the private facilities were also exclusive and added an extra layer of luxury to our experience.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit far from tourist areas. the hotel's cars made it easy for us to travel everywhere.

The hotel had nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The reception and restaurant staff, especially Ayup, provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The location was convenient, close to a factory area but with some disturbances outside the gate.

Some of the cleaning team did not maintain the rooms properly, leaving them dirty at times.

Amazing service from reception to restaurant, especially Ayup. Professional, helpful, welcoming. Decent breakfast with platter and choice of eggs. Large rooms with kitchen and washing machine. Courteous staff, Abdul and Rafet were helpful. Close to outlet malls and Mall of Istanbul.

The rooms were fantastic, with an upgrade to a sky villa offering stunning views, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for convenient meals and meetings, while the pool provided a fun space for kids. The restaurant had a good variety of options and fast service. The staff, especially Ayup, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Parking was also convenient, especially for families with cars.

Felt welcome, no reason to complain.
