The breakfast didn't disappoint and offered a good variety. the hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to main attractions. the daily complimentary water bottles in the room were a nice touch.

I also received incorrect information about the cost of the Istanbul metro card at the reception and ended up paying double the price at the station. the hotel lacked a spa or massage room, which would have been a nice addition for relaxation after busy days exploring the city during New Year's.

The hotel is very conveniently located, being VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING AREA and in the center of the city. It is also near Taksim square, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and varied, catering to different tastes.

There have been instances where the staff was not cooperative and didn't listen to guests' concerns.

My recent stay at Mukarnas Pera was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, from the reception to the cleaning lady, concierge, and the waiters at breakfast. Aisha from breakfast took great care of us. The location is also excellent, close to tourist areas and safe. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices that changed every day. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and great location.

That there was no spa or massage room to relax after long days. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall incredible experience at the hotel.
