Immaculate hotel with excellent facilities, great food and drink options, and a spacious pool area with ample sun loungers. Friendly and helpful staff provided a lovely room and indulgent spa treatments. Fun amenities like an arcade, snooker tables, and bowling alley added to the enjoyable stay. Ideal for future visits with friends and family.

The hotel location was near the sea, offering beautiful views. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-maintained with hot water. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. the hotel had a nice pool area and the option of getting a shave at the hotel barber.

The vegetarian and vegan options at the buffet restaurant were limited and not up to standard.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, which immediately made me feel relaxed and pampered. the luxurious amenities of the Spa & wellness centre instantly stood out to me, from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, to the sauna and Jacuzzi, and even a Turkish bath. Their professional massage and beauty treatments made me feel rejuvenated and completely at ease.

We had a great time at Mukarnas Spa & Resort, enjoying the nice pool area and the wonderful shave we got from the hotel barber. The upgrade to a larger room was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this hotel for a low-budget vacation with a hardworking team.

The hotel offered a variety of activities to keep us entertained such as snooker tables and bowling alleys. the food selection was quite expansive and the staff was friendly. the location was ideal and offered a great view of the nearby scenery.

The hotel appeared to be quite old and some of the facilities were not properly maintained. Staff in the spa seemed to be very pushy when it came to trying to sell massages and the beach volleyball was not well maintained.
