The hotel had a variety of different pools available, including water slides which were great fun. It also had plenty of sunbeds and parasols, so we never struggled to find a spot to relax. One of the best things about the hotel was the 24-hour drinks availability, so we could always grab a refreshment whenever we wanted. The beach wasn't far from the hotel, which was great for afternoon strolls.

The food was okay, but there wasn't a huge variety to choose from. We also had a few issues with the cleanliness of our room, as some items were not cleaned properly during our stay. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of order, which made getting to and from our room more challenging.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. The service was impeccable, with a helpful and friendly staff. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were amazing with unique treatments that were personalized and professionally conducted. We enjoyed the multiple swimming pools, especially the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The beach access was convenient and the night club provided for excellent entertainment. We also appreciated the beauty treatments such as the body scrub, manicure, and pedicure, with a treatment room that was exclusive and hygienic.

We did experience one minor issue during our stay. The outdoor BBQ facilities were mediocre in quality, with limited options and unappetizing presentation.

Water slides and pools were clean and fun. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. Night entertainment at the amphitheatre was well-planned and enjoyable. The mini club provided great activities for children. The parachute experience was thrilling.
