The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes' walk to major attractions and very close to a tram station. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, and the breakfast provided was tasty and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Burak and Harun for their assistance during my stay.

Nothing to dislike.

Exceptionally clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Efficient air conditioning and accurate water temperature in shower. Amazing breakfast with sea view. Helpful and 24-hour reception. Quick and reliable elevator. Recommended for saving money and exploring the city on foot.

stayed at a charming hotel in Sultanahmet.Very clean small-room had a nice view & there was an elevator. Location was perfect, steps away from historical sites. Staff was helpful & even gave us extra coffee. Will definitely return!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and got great value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to help me with any questions or requests. The breakfast buffet was also really nice with a beautiful view from the restaurant floor.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the famous Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the area felt safe and quiet. Although there was no kettle in our room, the staff kindly allowed us to use the kitchen to get hot water. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of breads, cheese, and vegetables to choose from. the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. our experience at Nayla Palace Hotel was excellent.
