The hotel is very modern and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area. the spa was lovely, offering relaxing massages that helped us unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel's restaurant offered a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked proper room maintenance, with the cleaning crew showing up quite late, and the air conditioning being turned off, making the room uncomfortably hot. the hallways and public areas of the hotel could use more lighting to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of walking around in the dark.
